"My Experience with the OGAWA Massage Chair"
I got our OGAWA Master Drive AI Massage Chair on 10-31-2022. Less than a day later, I noticed the price had dropped and they included an extended warranty, which I had thought about at first but found the price too steep. I was pretty bummed. After two months of searching and checking out options, reading tons of customer feedback, making calls to other companies, and getting advice from folks who bought their chairs elsewhere, we finally settled on Ogawa. I couldn't believe I bought it just hours before they rolled out a fantastic deal. I reached out to the company right away. WOW! I actually spoke to a real person. They quickly apologized for the situation and refunded me the price difference while also giving me the extended warranty. They even sent a follow-up email to confirm everything.

Fast forward two months: Our chair showed up within a few days as promised, well-packaged, and with clear assembly instructions. Unlike other massage chairs I've heard about, this one can be put together by just one person, though the base is pretty heavy. I'd recommend having two people to move the base to your desired spot. After that, just follow the instructions, which are easy to understand. The only hiccup I faced was separating the two side boards; they fit together really snug, and I was worried about pulling them apart too hard and damaging them. I fiddled with that part for a while. It might have been better if they weren't fully joined from the start. The zippers on the seat covers can be a bit tricky but are manageable. I watched a few YouTube videos on assembly, and those were super helpful too. WE LOVE THIS CHAIR! It does everything it promises. So far, it has shown us that we definitely made the right choice in going with this brand. It's worth every penny. Our research really paid off. Ogawa, we appreciate you!

"Absolutely Worth It"
Sarah from Ogawa Support was amazing. She replied to my emails super fast and snagged me a discount that pretty much covered the white glove setup. Plus, she fixed my order when I accidentally picked the wrong color. I wasn't there for the delivery, but I heard everything went off without a hitch. Now, about that chair... WOW! Once you plop down, you just don’t wanna get up—if you can even keep your eyes open!

Placing my order was a breeze, and the sales rep was super nice, really took the time to break down the differences between the brands I was checking out. That said, I'm still waiting on my shipment since there's a bit of a holdup, which means I had to push back my plans for next week. I reckon they could work on their shipping process.
